In examining this 2 of Swords card, we must also be reminded that these are double edged swords, noted instruments of war made to thrust, stab, slice and slash; and to kill. Hence they are symbols of action, as is the mind (ego) and the Rauch of the Soul (psyche) both of whom are always active. Eastern Mystics tell us that the mind/ego is the enemy of peace and calm; even to seek profound moments of Higher Consciousness, we must at first defeat the ego/individual mind. What many of us forget, is that we are the evolution of light and that attaching the microwave frequencies of I AM (Spirit/Consciousness), to a body, forms a I AM ME ( a personal Spirit-Mind-Body action). Hence we have a union of "I"-primal identity, "AM", the Other, and the copulation of the 2 that forms a child of information-"Me".
