The Upper Supernal Triangle can be compared to the Garden of Eden from here, the male and female polarities of energy balance against each other, evolving into increasing density as they develop towards the lowest Sephiroth, Malkuth, on the Tree of Life. In this Upper Paradise, the Lovers, are still united, anima and animus, separation begins in and after the 6th Sephiroth, Tiphareth.

In Qabalistic Gematria, the number 2 symbolizes the union and balance of opposites that underlies all material existence. Because this equilibrium of opposites begins in Chokmah, it is called the Sephiroth of ”Perfect Harmony”. While Kether is that which the “Root” of impetus is: Chokmah is the impetus for all manifestation. The Harmonic Union of opposites supplies the Divine Creative action.

Binah is Saturn, and Chokmah is the sphere of the Zodiac. Hence, 0=2.

Therefore, ultimately Kether is the Androgynous "I", Chokmah is the idea of Maleness (Electric/will to force) and Binah is the idea of Femaleness (Magnetic/will to form), and the mating of the 2 "wills the Electromagnetic Spectrum" into living form from the new "I AM".

Once again our sensual ideas of sexuality do not apply on this Higher Scale of Communion. Here Maleness is the vital outpouring of electrical energy that is organized as Will to Force, limited or formalized by the magnetic qualities of Female Will to Form. Thus Yod is male and Heh is female, and the resulting offspring is Vau of the Divine Name that marries the Daughter who is the last Heh. Thus the god name , Yod Heh Vau Heh, is represented as that attribute to the 6 lower Sephiroth in which Tiphareth (Beauty) is central.

As you may note, there are many interchangeable symbols in the Qabalah (Kabbalah, Cabalah) that may make it seem more complicated than it is. The essential key is that the Vital Outpouring Energy, when in intercourse with an organizing force, produces something other than the electricity and magnetic combination. For example, red combined with blue, creates purple by the motion of the mixer (Kether). Opposites joined in balanced harmony, produce something greater than the parents. This is not possible if exactly the same united with exactly the same, you would only get, exactly the same. Therefore, the information of Self, has many in-form-actions and combining individual paradigms of information, builds yet another self-awareness.

The Tree of Life originated in the opposition of Chokmah and Binah. However, this is not static, any more than male- female union on earth is static as there is a constant back and forth motion of growth and movement. When a change occurs in one Sephiroth, there is a natural balancing response in its opposite. There is a continual exchange that could be compared to breathing, as the inhale- exhale action that powers Life.

On the Tree of Life, the Uppermost Sephiroth is Kether, Eheieh (meaning: "I Will Be"), which sets the pattern for all below it. Like an electrical switch that is off, Kether is all potential, while Chokmah is the electrical switch in the on position. Thus Chokmah is functional information while Kether is potential information. Kether is a "non-Being" while Chokmah is BEING in Beginning.

Chokmah is the State of Self, where we dream ourselves into being, from a Divine State of Meditation. The dreamed is unaware of the dreamer as we dream ourselves "inside out" (we are infinite inward and limited outward; a type of Mobius loop), an ultimate fact of our Earthly existence. Thus you are the Master and the Masterpiece, the Transmitter and the Transmitted and once again, you can see that your only savior from dysfunction, is your inner self.

From One "I" (the all Seeing Eye) all identity becomes, so in actuality, we as different separate vibrations and/or frequencies do not exist other than as one energy begins self-analysis; I AM. However, we also declare existence by stating "I AM" and are therefore, the collective of self-information known as a Psyche and/or a Soul. As a collective copy of the Universal Collective Unconscious, we also set about defining that invisible principle of existence as a "Me", by gathering information through manifestation. Thus manifestation is a simple three-word definition called, "I AM Me" of which you, as the spiral vibration of energy (spirit), hold total freedom to define as in-form-action. Since I AM Not, is impossible as all is Mind; as I Am- declares existence, one is then using "upside down" thinking by declaring themselves "not". Whatever you define as not being you, simply states, that it is you. For example, one plus naught = 1, Naught-zero- has no influence in potential. So “I am happy" creates happiness, while "I am not sad" creates only sadness. Time to rethink your power over the dream/meditation of what you think is you!

Since dimensions are descriptions of spatial terms, our life dream has specific dimensions for that is our best frame of reference. The Tree of Life is how the Qabalah describes these dimensional frames of reference as being a downward flowing evolution of Chokmah/Binah thru various levels of Self Dream called Sephiroth. To make this simple, we are first dreaming our own existence, and that we are all, collectively (Universal Collective Unconscious), are what is known as God-Mind, which is the definition of the word Hu-Man. This process of evolutionary dreaming towards a more condensed and sensual dream self, is called the "fall", but it really is a "downsizing", that causes us to "lessen" our self-concepts to become less subjective and more objective and/or sensual and interactive, all of which is necessary for evolutionary Self production. Thus we lose sight of our own Divinity and must "reclaim" all the data we left behind on our "downward" journey into sensual dreaming. You may say that Spirit in manifestation, Malkuth, we are a lucid dream of I AM Me.

The goal here is to get the inner dreamer and the dreamed (ego)to cooperate with each other and thus the dreamed than begins to get control over its life happenstances by understanding that Soul is you, and the ego is "an artificial senses of self". This is a truly extraordinary experience and is the making of a Magi. Here the Union of Dreamer and Dream has no veils between them, and we can have anything at all, but we no longer experience the "need" of the disconnected. We Love, without need, we created without fear of result. We want nothing at all because we become I AM rather than I Don't Have. We learn what does matter and what does not while we go about the Great Work of "As above, so below". The ego is a lier, deceiver, built by your cultural indoctrination. Made only of "words/propaganda", yet it tells you that it is you, and we have become believers of the lie, by thinking it is true. You are the Soul and the Soul's beloved is Eros/Flesh, not ego. In Qabalah, we receive our Truth and know it isn't built in words, but as in-form-action.

The Four 2's symbolize the Power created by the union of the King and Queen that initiates force. Those forces are the Prince and Princess that are not yet brought into action. The Twos thus imply the initiation and fecundation of a thing.

Previously I explained Chokmah, the 2nd Sephiroth called Wisdom, in some detail, and by now one should understand that Chokmah is a state of Pure Maleness or rather the beginning of the idea of maleness, and that Binah is that of Pure Femaleness, or the beginning of the idea of Femaleness. Another way to say this is the concept of Will to Force is becoming electric, while the concept of will to form is becoming magnetic; However, both are from Kether that is primarily "I"before Androgynous became two; I AM (0=2). As explained, sexuality as we understand it, is not vast enough of an idea to encompass even a minor understanding of the Supernal Triangle. To help with the confusion, Pure Male is Electric Force and Pure Female is Magnetic Force. But again, understanding of these 2 Forces are not yet complete as an electromagnetic spectrum.

The Thoth 2 of Cups-Love is also called the Lord of Love and this is easily seen as it represents Venus in Cancer. The angels of the Decan are: Ayoel and Chabooyah.

The 2 of Cups is the influence of Chokmah in the Mental world of Briah .

Cups represent the Alchemical Element Water, which is the symbol for all states of consciousness, intuition and emotions. Emotions being the "Waves" on the Universal Sea of the Great Mother Binah (The Universal Collective Unconscious "see"). and Cancer is a watery sign that is the House of the Moon, so the matchup is emotional. Jupiter is also exalted in Cancer thus implying benevolence in this most sensitive of signs.

This is a card of deep feeling and romance in the human world, so misspent energy may apply. Generally, fish are a symbol of the Goddess Venus but on the Thoth card dolphins relate more generally to Neptune or the Sun god Apollo.

On the 2 of cups, we can see (by careful scrutiny as the colors are somewhat faded) a Silvery Dolphin and a Golden Dolphin, The Silver one represents the Moon, Female and the Golden one represents The Sun, male. Here the union of both is loving, and romantic, as they work together to bring light into our world. The harmony of male and female, of anima (feminine) and animus (masculine) is also the nature of the Water Sign Cancer.

The Water of Emotion, or self-consciousness, springs up from the Central Lotus, flowing down into the overflowing cups to ultimately reach the Earth. This imagery implies that only through the energy supplied by Chokmah-Fire, can water flow. E-motion, is energy in motion, and the "motion within the movement' is Chokmah's wise domain.

In Qabalistic Gematria (the book 777, by Aleister Crowley), the number 2 refers also to Will, So the 2 of Cups can also imply Love under will or Willful Love. The 2 of Cups radiates a perfect placid harmony, amid joyous ecstasy; often called in Western Hermetic circles, the "adorable fire".

The symbols on the Thoth card maybe subtle, but they represent both the male and female forces that once joined; as a couple, and as the Sun above is the castled phallus and the Water that is symbolically female, as a lake and fertile earth all covered in exuberant vegetation, produce all things from the vital flow of Love.

There may be a tendency to think of this card as one would the Major Arcana Card of the Lovers. But that is not generally so, as the 2 of Cups is about Love being physical, objective and between two human partners. Whereas, the Lovers Card-key 6- refers to the inner Hermetic Marriage of the love between the Yin Yang, balanced in harmonious union as the inner Self.

To a Qabalist, Key 6 rather than the 2 of Cups, would be the Love of Binah- Chokmah; of Wisdom and Understanding. However, the surrounding cards will show if this is the Hermetic Marriage of the Goddess and God within or of 2 Soul mates in the human world. Here is where the intuition of the Reader is most helpful as well. For Love is such a powerful emotion that it can overcome all limits of restriction and burn away in pure "adorable fire" ( coined by Dr. Paul Foster Case), any reasoning.

Those faithful readers who have been following my blog, know by now that Binah is "will to form", and underlying force that makes imagination a womb. She is the Will of the Womb of all forms, not the Womb itself for that is reserved to the Action of Chesed the 4th Sephiroth and the Sphere of Mercy,, the architect.

Again the sexingof this forces is limiting and short on insight. Chesed may be Masculine in its expression of form, and yet it is feminine as it receives the Will of Binah. Chokmah maybe the “pure masculine force”, yet Chokmah was the Hebrew noun and a word for the Greek Goddess of Wisdom, Sophia. The interplay of masculine and feminine Qualities constitutes all Sephiroth.

What may surprise you, is that none of us are the sex of our bodies. We are Androgynous, in that we are both receptive (female) and expressive (male); both magnetic (female) and electric (male). Being Electromagnetic entity, we are both sides of the same coin. Thus we have great Divine power, "to be or not to be" male or female or even both! Therefore, the sex of the body doesn't the sex of the personality. For even the Anima may be enclosed by the male body and vise versa.

The body is a tool, powered by the Electromagnetic Entity that you are....as a power tool the human body is excelled, but as its operator, you are beyond the reason of bodies. You are obviously a "Will to be" which is very much a "Will to Form" and a “will to force” so here is a kicker, YOU ARE THE IMAGINATION ...you don't have it. All the images you see are “Self-Images”!

It also helps to remember, Hu is Mandarin for God and Man is from the Hindu word for mind---Manas, Therefore, you are called a God Mind! The body, homo sapiens sapiens, is not described in the world human. So you are a Hu-Man, who owns and should operate a homo sapiens sapiens body.

Image-maker, is what the Imagination means, and that dear soul is Divine Creative's Power. So get off of your suffering butt of an enslaved ego and stand up and Yell-----I AM Me! I AM The Soul! And get on with you, and imagine your divinity, for self- impeccability is what you came to do! Remember, what we command by declaration in this Universe produces our own image, take charge of yourself and stop using the faux you implanted by indoctrination ( a viral software) called the Ego, who blames someone or something for its failure to succeed in a goal. It has to lay blame, for it is a lie. Therefore, stop blaming environment, or person or thing, sure they may influence, but they only have the power you give them. What you are is up to the Truth of I AM and the passionate use of Imagination. Therefore, don't accept man-made definitions that only stimulate your imagination to enslavement of your image to another, person, place or thing. You are Imagination; the I-Magi-Nation! When imagination and love flow as one perspective, you then functions as the Divine in manifestation flowing in luxurious sensation that is known as the "adorable fire"; The Divine Creative. Once you know this, you will know wholeness. Hence, the Qabalistic axiom of "Above all things, know thyself".

The Tarot of Druids, show 2 druids, drinking from the "love cup" and/or quaich (usually with 2 handles), a cup that is different then the olive wood cups of druidic ritual. Therefore, the card represents the alliances and artistic affinities of a couple. All around them is fecund nature. The altar, with the image of the Green Man on the front, declares the male forces of nature while the cup (s) represent the feminine forces of nature.

A quaich / ˈkweɪx /, archaically quaigh or quoich, is a special kind of shallow two-handled drinking cup or bowl of a type traditional in Scotland. It derives from the Scottish Gaelic cuach (Scottish Gaelic pronunciation: [kʰuəx]) meaning a cup.

The quaich, is traditionally used at Weddings and loving anniversary celebrations.

• Insane passion.
• Dissolution.
• Separation.
• Conflict of interest.
