All one hopes for is about to become manifest, if only one can make a discerning choice amongst the excitement, activity and change of movement that is taking place. This is a card of movement as the energy of above is coming into the below, thereby, projects, once delayed, can be coming into fruition.

Hence, Splendor, which means great lightness or Luster, places words as a dazzling agent and/or an illusion that blinds the eyes.
The placement of Mercury in Sagittarius, mitigates and diffuses into a rapid expansion the energy of Mercury. Thus, the energy of Mercury in the Sign of the Archer, is shown as electric arrows, going in multiple directions, both above and below.
