The Dreams of Gaia Tarot- Key 22-Intuition, also represents the Moon as a symbol of the Trinity Goddess; Maid, Mother, and Crone. We all know of or have experienced the funny feelings, the hunches, or bone felt inklings of intuition. It is the Intelligence of the Divine Feminine, who is also imagination. The Creatrix, the Image-maker (imagination) the Mother of all forms. This is well explained on the Qabalistic Tree of Life, for Sephiroth # 2-Chokma- is called Wisdom and Binah, Sephiroth # 3 is called-Understanding. Chokma, is the "masculine" expression of Energy that we may call electric, while Binah is the Feminine expression of energy we may call "magnetic". Ideas, are just data until they are understood, then idea becomes information,i.e.,Form. The Magnetic Feminine, encloses information, building form out of the energy expressed by Chokmah. This can be compared to the Sun expressing energy, and the Moon reflecting it into "forms" of reflected energy. This is a reflected light world, were we view the forms of light that are reflected by forms, and call it "solid".

Many of us have experienced premonitions, presentiment, or a foreboding, all of which are classified as intuitive feelings or the "6th sense". We all are products of this Feminine Creatrix, and the Masculine Creator and/or the Universal Collective Unconscious, who is the united Mind that turns self-data of the I AM into information that we call Creation. I is considered to be masculine, as it is expression, and Am is considered to be feminine as it is existence. Expressed Existence is I AM. This I is understood by Am, and the resulting union produces a Me; the child who was born from information of Self. Hence, you are the Child of the Divine Creative's Self-Reflection. We, who are the intimacy of union, the "Sensual" information of Self, have nothing to fear or in any way, are devalued by being the animators of Form. There is only one energy, that can't be created nor destroyed, only transformed and transmitted. We transmit energy as Souls, the Golden Child, the Sun, who shines it's self-reflections onto Matter, the material is a mirror for the Soul, in which it now can see itself, and experiment with that Awareness. I AM Me is a proud name of the Divine Creative.

The upper trinity/triangle of the Qabalistic Tree of Life, is the "All seeing I" and/or I AM. The upper 3 Sephiroth (numbered circles) are not separate, they are just different expressions or receptions of the One I AM. Kether is Eheieh-which means "I Will Be" . Chokmah is the "Will to Force" and Binah, is the "Will to Form". These are the 3 states of Will (spirit) that all creation comes from. As one can see, they all are states of Will, each a "little" different than the other. One state of Will begins the process of being, one state of will enforces that declaration as energy-in-motion, the other state of will builds the information that becomes form. I AM Me, is the fulfillment and/or "child born" of those 3 states of Will. However, since I AM is infinite potential, the Me's are unlimited in expression as well. We are the Me's who are the many of the One I AM.

Intuition is the bridge between the masculine "reason"/consciousness and the feminine "imagination" /Unconsciousness. However, more than that, Intuition/Imagination created "reason" as the Chesed, and or Architect (the Tarot Emperor) who, by her direction, gives measurement to forms so that everything is in order. Therefore, the Creatrix is the one who "called him husband" or as the ancient Greeks said of Hera, "there was no father until she named him Father"; Understood him as Father. In more modern words, Intuition/the Unconscious is the creator of reason/consciousness.

All of us have the sacred gift of Intuition from our Mother of Form. Use it as the sacrament it is!You are sacred in the Creatrix's eyes/I's. So act like it and stop being the profanity of the Patriarchy. For you came in a Sacred Self, and were Profaned by "words" as identity. You are not good, nor bad, right nor wrong, You are a Sacrament of I AM-a Sacred Self (Sacrament means to "make sacred"), so it is Okay to be you. And to be the best you you can be, is to be unchained by pleasure or pain indoctrination. It is to be the Me, that was originally ordained by the Soul/Psyche that you really are. For you are the In-Form-Action of the Soul, who is your original sacred identity. An identity that is forgotten due to identity enslavement known as indoctrination and dogma. You are the wish-fulfillment of the Creatrix and Creator as "itself" in manifestation. Inside, deep within, you intuitively know this. You are a trinity of the orignal Trinity, Spirit-Mind-Body. the I Am Me.

The Dreams of Gaia Intuition card, is illustrated in many symbols of the Creatrix, the Wise Woman, the Owl, the Black cat of instincts, the Spider who weaves the web of the Universe, and the sphere of the Universe with a crescent moon. All are symbols of the Creatrix, used by many nations and cultures.

When the Intuition card is thrown in a divination, it implies:

• Intuition is your sixth sense.
• Listen to the voice of your unconscious mind.
• Heed your intuitive feelings.
• Intuitive skill is born of practice.
• Pick the option that feels right.
• Be both intuitive and rational.
• Tap into your other senses.

THE MOON, which is the 18th Key/ATU of the Major Arcana or Trump, is called the Path of Qoph-- a Hebrew letter meaning, back of head or ear. Connecting Netzach (Victory) with Malkuth (Kingdom) the Path of Qoph is described as the "Victory of the Material World" and/or the "deceptive effect of the apparent power of the Material World". This path, is also known as the "Threshold to life”: a spiritual birth that may be considered on two levels.

1. On one level, it is the course of incarnation where the soul organizes the physical body of which it will inhabit. It is a kind of sleep (physical consciousness not yet formed), a kind of pre-consciousness, that differentiates into mater from the collective unconscious of Netzach. 
2. On another level, where the student is advancing spiritual awareness up the Tree of Life, it is a path of conquest of the phantoms of their "man-made" personality which are creations of the created.

The Path of Qoph (The Moon) is a probationary path, where the student must face the emotional phantoms hid in the dark recesses of their own mind, as well as those of the race. The moon symbolizes the “Self –reflection” that goes on with the inner Solar Logos/Soul and our consciousness. Our consciousness is the Moon of “self-reflection”, as it is reflected on the "surface" of the Soul/Unconscious, as Time is reflected on the Darkness of Space. Hence, the Me, is the information of I Am reflected by the Solar Self on Matter.

This Path into the Instinctual Self, can be disturbing to those of weak moral fiber, and can pose real dangers to one's emotional stability. On the other hand, those strong enough to tread this Path and slay the monsters "within" our sleep-consciousness and understand their mechanisms, gain the capacity to manipulate those qualities in ourselves and those of others. Mastery of Illusion is a product of this path.

The meaning of Qoph is also the back of the head, behind the head itself, is the Sun-Resh. The Moon symbolizes the anterior to the bright intellect of the Sun. The Moon, the Path of Qoph, only reflects the light of the Sun. Thus the central path of the card goes from the dark side of the Moon, towards the light side that reflects direct Sun-light. This rising act of direct Sun-light is show as the Egyptian Scarab symbol of the God Kephera (kheprera), pushing the Sun towards the Moon. Basically, the Moon -Key-18, symbolizes the rebirth of light out of hideous darkness; bright intellect overcoming the dark denizens of our sub-conscious, i.e. the illusions of emotional fears.

In Thoth Tarot, THE PRIESTESS, is a source of pure, crystal clear waters (consciousness) emerging from the God Head-The Father, to God the Son/Sun. The Same waters of consciousness are seen here on The Moon card, but they are polluted with the dark subconscious fears of mortality, that physical manifestations fear of death, bestows on consciousness. However, as I have stated before, the traveling up the Path of Qoph, towards the "Son/Sun Consciousness”, notably changes the body physiology, as the Bright Beautiful Light Intellect of the Son/Soul (Tiphareth) descends into it. When traveling up the Path of Qoph, the Personality becomes increasing aware of the Higher Self and less control by the dark fears of the body.

Dr.Paul Foster Case called The Tarot Moon, the "Corporeal Intelligence" which means the "body consciousness". Also in Hebrew the word "corporeal" means "to rain upon", which is why we see the symbols of Yods raining down from the central orb of the card. Since this is a Watery Card, some of a more poetic bent, say that these Yod symbols are "tears of the Moon- Goddess" raining down and filling the Nile. What we all agree on is that something descends from the Moon to the Earth; on the Path of Qoph, something descends from the Unconsciousness to the consciousness, which is represented as raining Yods.

The path of Qoph is that of primitive instincts, of nature red in "both tooth and claw" which emerges uncontrolled by moral or ethical reasoning. The traveler of this Path will face aspects of themselves that our culture forces them to repress but are indeed integral and undeniable parts of our predatory human form. This is the Survival Mind, where the "law of the jungle" resides in the dark pools of violence and conquest. This can be a very cruel path to endure, until the student is able to fear not these internal demons which removes the veils of darkness, allowing in the Bright Intellect of the Son who applies beautiful intuitional reason to our consciousness.

The simple Hebrew letter of Qoph, translates into the English word, sleep .Thus we have a conscious relationship with the Moon, The bright Sun reflecting side, our waking consciousness and the dark sunless side of the "sleeping" sub consciousness. As the Moon has cycles, so does our consciousness, as during the cyclic phase of conscious withdrawal from the physical (Sleep) many of us still act upon the fantasies and information closely related to the body’s survival based experiences. Their dreaming is filled with phantoms produced by the body’s fear of pain and/or death which once consciously transcended, is the successful completion of the Path of The Moon.

The initiate, finds that birth, death, and resurrection are pivotal concepts on the Path of the Moon. These biological processes occur in the light and dark of our sensual perceptions. The 2 figures of Anubis, the jackal -headed gate keepers, symbolize this cyclic process (Spiral energy) as the god Anubis was the Egyptian god of light and darkness, death and resurrection. The "As above, so below" is shown as a pattern on this card also reinforces this meaning.

The Moon, symbolizes the process that consciousness goes through, when energy proceeds from order to disorder (2nd law of Thermodynamics), from organized flesh to death. To understand the Path of Qoph--The Moon, is to understand the partnership of our personality-consciousness to the physical vehicle, which the Soul Personality builds to operate each manifestation. Since most people perceive themselves as having existence only through their bodies, this is often a most difficult undertaking.

The Moon was often seen as a Goddess of Life (White Goddess of Light -Maid) and a Goddess of Death (Dark Goddess/Crone) at once praised and then feared. It is the physical vehicles fear of dying that hounds our consciousness in many subtle ways, producing phantoms who manifest as phobias, obsessions, and mental - emotional disorders. Our consciousness comes from the immortal Soul, and is unused to such thoughts of fear filled ending. We recycle, our consciousness, which is a "reflection" of the Soul Conscious-Personality. Bodies forget, that they are a recycled part of the Whole Organic Organism that we know as "Organic matter". Like I have often said as the mind who operates a body," You came from cranberries and to cranberries you shall return..." which is a slightly dark humor that I use to give the brain pause from its attempts at survival thinking. I AM not a body alone, for I Am Spirit-Mind-Body, a ternary creation of Self.

We are not a physical brain (Wet-ware). We are Spirit/Energy, who is supposed to program the brain-wet-ware with its own soft-ware and/or on board data, for the purpose of experiencing the discernment of being a "living thing" and/or understanding the data and therefore making it form/information. We are the Solar Energy surrounding the body and that flow through the body. We, each of us, are Microwaves of Photons, that sparks between neurons and runs up an down the nervous system to animate the body in our own I AM Me and/or our Psyche's own image. Thoughts can no longer be indiscriminate mental ramblings of an imagination controlled by the survival thinking of the animal. They now must support life, and expand and liberate the "living" from fear of death- based thoughts. Let the Intuition control the survival mind and be free of fear.

The Immortals, all of us, are here to redesign the "survival mind" of the animal body. We are the Suns of Living Creative Conscious Energy, who must reflect upon a world of Matter, which for generations was symbolized by the Moon. For as we all know, this is the realm of "Reflected light" which is less than one percent of the total electromagnetic spectrum that is the medium of our “personality-consciousness. One could say, that on the Path of the Moon, the Souls learns to run the physical vehicle by expanding the brain's perspectives beyond that of life and death, into the knowledge of personality-resurrection. For a personality isn't fixed, reabsorbed into the soul and transformed, when it "ain't broke"; that is, when it corrects itself. When self-correcting, it "walks" from one form to another" without memory loss.

When the Moon card is thrown during a reading:

• · The querent is experiencing dissatisfaction and voluntary change is on the horizon.
• · The querent is experiencing choice and authenticity over old illusions and delusions.
• · A call to enter into the darkness of the unconscious and to come to grips with one's fantasy made demons.
• · Within 18 weeks or 18 months the querent must take control of the survival mind and expand it beyond its fear based perspectives.
• · They must remember, that they are a Spirit who owns a body, not a body who owns a spirit; an Immortal Conscious that owns a mortal consciousness.
• confrontation with the night.
• Encounter with fears.
• Deepest self-knowledge.
• Devotion to self-knowledge (Above all things Know thyself!)
