The Upper Trinity of the Qabalistic Tree of Life is called the Supernal Triangle which some Qabalists  compare to the Garden of Eden as from here, the male and female polarities of energy balance against each other, evolving into increasing density as they develop towards the lowest Sephiroth, Malkuth #10, on the Tree of Life.

In Qabalistic gematria, the number 2 symbolizes the union and balance of opposites that underlies all material existence. Because this equilibrium of opposites begins in Chokmah, it is called the Sephiroth of” Perfect Harmony”. Therefore, Kether is that which the “Root” of impetus is: Chokmah is the impetus for all manifestation. The Harmonic Union of opposites supplies that action.

Binah is Saturn, and Chokmah is the sphere of the Zodiac.

Ultimately Kether is the "root" of Androgyny; Chokmah is the idea of Maleness (Electric/will to force) and Binah is the idea of Femaleness (Magnetic/will to form), and the mating of the 2 "wills the Electromagnetic Spectrum" into living information.

Once again our very limited sensual ideas of sexuality do not apply on this Higher Scale of Communion. Here Maleness is the vital outpouring of electrical energy that is organized as will to force, limited or formalized by the magnetic qualities of Female will to form. Thus Yod is male and Heh is female, and the resulting offspring is Vau of the Divine Name that marries the Daughter who is the last Heh. Thus the "secret name of God", Yod Heh Vau Heh, is represented as that attribute to the 6 lower Sephiroth in which Tiphareth (Beauty- Sun/Soul) is central.

As you may note, there are many interchangeable symbols in the Qaballah that may make it seem more complicated than it is. The essential key is that the Vital Outpouring Energy, which in intercourse with an organizing force, produces something else. For example, red combined with blue, creates purple by the motion of the mixer (Kether). Opposites joined in balanced harmony, produce something greater than the parents. This is not possible if exactly the same united with exactly the same, you would only get, exactly the same.

The Tree of Life originated in the opposition of Chokmah and Binah. However, this is not static, any more than male- female union on earth is static, there is a constant back and forth motion of growth and movement. When a change occurs in one Sephiroth, there is a natural balancing response in its opposite. There is a continual exchange that could be compared to breathing, as the inhale exhale action that powers Life. Interestingly, Kether is Eheieh, in Hebrew. Eheieh, sounds like the exhalation of breath and means, "I Will Be".

On the Tree of Life, the Uppermost Sephiroth is Kether, Eheieh, which sets the pattern for all below it. Like an electrical switch that is off, Kether is all potential, while Chokmah is the electrical switch in the on position. Thus Chokmah is function while Kether is potential. Kether is a "non-Being" and/or "No- Thing" while Chokmah is BEING.

Chokmah is the State of Self, where we dream ourselves into being, from a Divine State of Meditation. The dreamed is unaware of the dreamer as we dream ourselves "inside out" (we are infinite inward and limited outward; a type of Mobius loop), an ultimate fact of our Earthly existence. Thus you are the Master and the Masterpiece, the Transmitter and the Transmitted and once again, you can see that your only savior from dysfunction, is your inner self.

From One "I" , often shown as the all Seeing Eye, all identity begins. Therefore, in actuality, we
Spirits are different separate vibrational frequencies that exist as a collective harmonic, than is one energy. However, we declare individual existence by stating "I AM Me". Then we set about defining that invisible principle of existence as a "Me" by manifesting information as in-form-action. Thus manifestation is a simple three-word definition called, "I AM Me" of which you, as the spiral vibration of energy (spirit), hold total freedom to define. Since I AM Not, is impossible, as I am declares existence; whatever you define as not being you, simply states, that it is you. For example, one plus naught = 1, Naught-zero- has no influence in the measurement of 1. So “I am happy" creates happiness, while "I am not sad" creates only sadness. Time to rethink your power over the in-form-action of you!

Since dimensions are descriptions of spatial terms, our life dream has specific dimensions (information-Self Awareness) that set  our best frame of reference. The Tree of Life is how the Qabalah describes these dimensional frames of reference as being a downward flowing evolution of Chokmah through various levels of Self Dream called Sephirotic I AM. To make this simple, we are first dreaming our own existence, and that we are all, collectively ( Universal Collective Unconscious), are what is known as God-Mind, which is the definition of the word Hu-Man. This process of evolutionary dreaming towards a more condensed and sensual dream self, is called the "fall", but it really is a "downsizing", the I Am by measured means of self-awareness, that causes us to "lessen" our self-concepts to become more sensual and interactive, all of which is necessary for evolutionary Self. Thus we lose sight of our own Divinity and must "reclaim" all the data we left behind on our "downward" journey into sensual dreaming... You may say that in manifestation, Malkuth, we are a lucid dreamer. Where to a reader/dreamer, information is a book, but to a Soul, in-form-action is Truth. This is because only as a living functioning Identity, or a non-functioning identity, does the information of Self become Truth.

The goal of 2 is to get the inner dreamer and the dreamed (lover and most beloved) to cooperate with each other and thus the dreamed-self begins to get control over its life happenstances. This is a truly extraordinary experience and is the making of a Magi/Will of the One I as in-form-action. Here, in the Union of Dreamer (creator) and Dream (created) there are no veils between will and action. Therefore, we can have anything at all, but we no longer experience the impoverished "need" of the disconnected. 2 united in Love, without need, we created without fear of result. We want nothing at all because we become I AM and Me are the Whole Spirit, rather than a hole of " I Don't Have...". We learn what does matter and what does not matter by in-form-action, and/or while we go about the Great Work of "As above, so below".

This stunning Thoth card represents the Harmony of Change. Now this may seem irrational to the survival mind, who thinks that security is constant control of situations; stability is more important than change to the animal. But that is again the illusion of fear-based thought. We are told to think that carbon in a crystalline stasis, is the most valuable or one of the most valuable forms to be. We know this valuable state of carbon as a diamond. Funny thing about diamonds...They don't live! As evolutionary forms of life, diamonds fail to function; However, carbon atoms are the foundation of all living things on earth because they are the most adaptable of atoms and are occultly known as the "Divine Whore", as they will mate with any other atom! What is most valuable to Life (Spirit) is living carbon atoms made of bio-photons (living light) that are malleable enough to change by the mechanism of the union of opposites; a mechanism that requires communication! To make the motion of life changeless is impossible---for in the state of control, life will always be the exception to the rule of stability. This is easily seen by understanding entropy and/or the second law of thermodynamics which states "... All things proceed from order to disorder." Chaos, is the universal mechanism of change and therefore, the medium from which order is constructed! Hence, to the knowledgeable creative, chaos precedes order.

The Serpent in the form of a figure eight, is the Ancient sign of infinity know to the Greeks as the Lemnistrate and to others, Oroboros--the serpent that eats its own tail, which makes sense because of the knowledge that Life eats itself to stay alive. Order is eaten by Chaos which causes a reordering of energy which is a flowing transformation that in the world of atoms, keeps some carbon atoms from forming into diamonds!

As a Spiritual Being of Light/Energy conscious, I find this constant change very useful in developing intelligence experiments of Self- Identity, as well as, allowing them to change which is the foundation of evolutionary being, i.e., adaptability! Most of us know the Yin Yang symbol of Taoist origin, and it is shown in both loops of the figure eight shaped Serpentine (wavelengths of light) entity. The yellow color is the masculine Force (electric) and the darker colors are the feminine form which is magnetic force. In the Qabalah the union of Force and Form is the foundation of all being.

Astrologically, this card is Jupiter in Capricorn. The benevolent Planet Jupiter is not well placed in Capricorn meaning that Jupiter's good influence can only be exerted as an organizer. The Feminine Creative or the Ocean of Magnetic Force (Binah) and Masculine currents of electric force (Chokma) are being organized into living forms on/in the Material of Malkuth as information and/or in-form-action by going "down" the Tree of Life, as each Sphere of Intelligence identifies itself as I AM until the most condensed and/or intimate form of this information can become a "living" measurement of self. Which happens on/as the 10th Sephiroth on the Tree of Life.

Qabalists know Kether to be the 1st Sephiroth, and many have thought that this is the first manifestation of conscious energy. Yet Kether is the "limitless light", and has no end or beginning, which allows no viewing. Kether is the "Dark Sun/Energy" as it can't be seen, and is the least understood concept of the Tree of Life sigil. Therefore, the First idea of manifestation falls to the 2's, which represent Chokma (Wisdom) which is a Hebrew feminine noun for the Greek Goddess Sophia. Hence, Chokma is the beginning of Androgynous ideas of Self. Elements may be essences in Kether, but only upon reaching the Deuces are they in appearance as ideas.

The 2's represent the Elements uncontaminated by influence. Hence they appear in their original harmonious condition. For instance, the 2 of Wands is called Dominion and/ or Lord of Dominion because the word Lord implies Husbandry in its original Anglo Saxon meaning of "Guardian of bread". Lady, means " Doler of Bread".

The 2 of Wands is the Fire Element in its purest form and is the "movement within all motion" and/or Spirit/spiral energy.

The 2 of cups, often called The Lord of Love and is the Purest Form of Water (fluid-like energy flow), i.e. Unconsciousness which when mated with fire, becomes Air-whose child is consciousness.

The 2 of Swords (Air) has been called the Lord of Peace or Peace. We know that swords represent "mind" but since there is no conflict to make peaceful at this stage of manifestation, it requires a lot of thought to understand the Ace of Disks card. Where the I (identity)and the Am (Mind); where imaging self as a product of understanding the difference between I and Am, within One, becomes 0=2. This can be a real brain teaser simply because it is the Negative form of a Positive idea.... it’s as if it is the negative electrons attracting positive electrons to make a form manifest. Like I said, a lot of thinking is necessary here, as the general proposition states that the sum of the one energy is zero, so that the Positive manifestation "isn't" real, it is reality made of 2 opposites, while the Real, is infinite zero. Thus the phrase, "The other side of the Mirror" is the Real side. Or we can say, that the image in the reflected side of the mirror is subject to the self-conception/observation presented by the invisible side of the mirror (a dream). In modern terms we say the Unconsciousness is what the consciousness is reflected upon.

The 2 of Disks is representative of Change, and/or Lord of Harmonious Change which is what true Union produces. Union of 2 wills produces harmonious change simply because energy seeks its own level and when 2 come together as 1, they balance each other. This works for 2 states of energy conscious as well. Also, Earth is the Throne of Spirit, as the Princesses are related to Earth and since the well-known axiom of Gnosis is "As above so below", we see that once having gotten to the bottom one comes out again at the top. 0=2 and 2 become 0. This is a type of Mobius loop, or lemniscuses (Greek for-ribbon) which is the serpentine figure-eight magus symbol for infinity; "O who is 2". The 2's may be considered the A-sexual "fetuses" of the Seed-Aces but this concept doesn't seem to make understanding these "Higher States" of conscious energy any easier. All the 2's suggest that when the Negative sees itself as a Positive, (when exposed to light), the shadow then unites with that positive, we get a "Self Image" of 2 as One. much like a photograph on film. This may help you with the Mythological concepts of the Goddess who in Virgin birth, has a son/sun (male is considered Positive Electron and/or proton and female is considered Negative Electron-and/or electron) and then mates with that son to produce the Manifested Universe. If you get this all tangled up with your indoctrinated-emotional concepts of sexuality-----you'll never understand the Energy Conscious concepts of the 2's. However, I love to tease the brain, so here is another concept of the 2's, "From herself, she created him, and then mated with him so she could become her." I just love that one!

The Tarot of The Ages-2 of Coins, uses the Medieval and/or traditional image of a juggler balancing 2 coins. The figure eight is traced out in white light. The individual is a Hindu juggler. The image implies the difficulty of maintaining balance in an ever changing world. The black soil implies fertility. The meanings of this card haven't changed any from the more occult Thoth 2 of Disks card.

When this card is thrown for an individual during a reading, it means:

• A transformation in the physical world is upon them in two weeks or two months’ time. 
• Difficulty in launching new projects.
• This is Cause and Effect and/ or the Law of Attraction, where what we think of the most is formed in the atoms around us as a living observation and/or life style.
• In Physics, it is known that observation changes the observed and most of us know that by observing a thought and emoting it through the powerful emotions (energy-in-motion) of love or fear will charge that thought into manifested action from benevolent on one hand or malevolent on the other. Perspective is everything to a Conscious Energy---which we all know as Self. Life is but a perspective of Self-Awareness!
• The need to develop the  ability to juggle or balance more than one project at a time and or two or more situations at once time.
• When the mental aspects attributed to Female (unconscious) and the Male (consciousness), in all of us is balanced, we know Life as Playful Creativity and enjoy the challenges of entropy, for they keep us agile. Where as if they are at odds, life becomes a serious struggle where chaos eventually wins.
• The implication here is that it is easier to allow chaos and then reorder it in a new way to be. You are originally Spirit; a powerful Observer known as  I Will Be! From Non- being, you have always created being! This is your inheritance, from Kether to Chokma and Binah. "To be" which is never stasis and always re-observing itself! This state of self-reevaluation is a flexible Transformation of Self-Awareness. 

When ill defined by the surrounding cards in the divination, it implies:

• Agility in handling matters.
• Literary ability.
• Simulated enjoyment.
• Enforced gaiety. 
• Letter. 
• Message.
• Missive.
